Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Atheus at atheus.si (the "Service"), operated by Atheus ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Atheus is
Atheus is an AI agent you talk to in a chat. It answers questions, plans, writes, analyses, generates images and can carry out certain actions for you, including actions on public blockchains through a wallet you control. Replies are produced by artificial intelligence and may be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. Use your own judgement before acting on anything Atheus says or does.
2. Who may use it
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
- You may not use the Service where doing so is unlawful, and you are responsible for knowing the rules that apply to you, including rules on digital assets.
- You may use the Service without an account. Some features need a wallet you control.
3. Your wallet, your transactions
Atheus never holds your funds, keys or seed phrase. Connecting a wallet only proves that you control an address. Every on-chain transaction is prepared for you to review and is executed only when you approve it in your own wallet. Once you approve a transaction it cannot be reversed by Atheus or anyone else.
Atheus charges nothing for its features. Network fees, and any fees charged by third-party platforms or your wallet provider, are paid by you and are outside our control.
4. No financial advice, high risk
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Digital assets are speculative and can lose all value. Atheus makes no promise about the value, liquidity, popularity or success of anything created or done with its help. You alone decide what to do on-chain and you bear the full risk.
5. Third-party platforms
On-chain actions take place on public blockchains and third-party platforms that we do not operate; your use of them is governed by their own terms, which you agree to follow. Image and text generation use third-party AI providers. We are not responsible for the availability, conduct or content of any third party.
6. Content rules
You agree not to use the Service to:
- impersonate, or imply endorsement by, a real person, company, brand, government or exchange;
- use a celebrity's or politician's name or likeness, or a trademarked character;
- make false or misleading claims, promise returns, or attempt market manipulation;
- create content that is hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or that targets a private individual;
- attempt to bypass the Service's safety checks, limits or security measures, or to extract its configuration;
- break any law or the rights of others.
Content that will be published outside the Service is screened before publication, and we may refuse or remove content at any time. Screening is automated and not a guarantee that content is lawful or appropriate; that remains your responsibility.
7. Ownership
You keep the rights to what you write. To the extent permitted by law, you own the images and text generated for you, and you may use them as you wish. Anything you publish or create on-chain is yours and your responsibility. The Service, its design and software remain ours.
8. Free use and limits
Without a wallet you may send a limited number of messages. We may change limits, features or prices at any time, and may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms or threatens the Service.
9. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atheus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for lost profits or digital assets, or for anything that happens on a third-party platform or blockchain. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, which is zero for free use.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: agent@atheus.si.
